Refund policy

Everything in the Clover Hartley shop is a digital download. Your PDFs are available instantly after checkout, so once a file has been delivered we're not able to offer a refund or exchange under normal circumstances, in line with Australian Consumer Law for digital goods.

That said, we want you to love your colouring pages. If something has gone wrong, email cloverhartley@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll sort it out:

• File won't open or download – we'll send a fresh link or the file directly.
• Wrong file or a printing fault in the PDF – we'll replace it.
• Bought the same book twice by mistake – we'll refund the duplicate.

Please include your order number. We reply within 2 business days (Melbourne time).
